Laguna Wallet is a non-custodial, multi-chain Web3 wallet. From 0→1, I led the design of its iOS, Android, and browser extension apps, turning complex blockchain mechanics into an intuitive self-custody experience.
Role
— Defined product vision and UX principles around simplicity, custody confidence, and onboarding ease.
— Designed cross-platform flows for asset dashboards, transactions, bridging, and Dapp integrations.
— Built a scalable design system to ensure consistency across mobile and extension.
— Collaborated closely with engineers and PMs, running design sprints and user testing to guide delivery.
